You can pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time at no charge (for a maximum of 3 months). Email us at contact@tfagym.com to your start and end dates for the pause.
Give us 30 days notice and we will cancel your membership!
We apply a 15% discount on Bronze and Silver memberships upon provision of ID.
We offer a combination of strength and conditioning classes, each designed with a specific training outcome in mind. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday tend to lean more toward strength, and the rest of the week is conditioning. Check out our Classes page for more details on each class.
Gym 101 is our onboarding program that teaches you the fundamentals of strength training over the course of four weeks; we’d strongly recommend you start there, and then integrate into classes after that. Bonus! Your entry fee to Gym 101 can go toward your membership!
If Gym 101 isn’t your vibe and you want to hop right into class, no worries – every class is led by a certified trainer that will demo the workout and offer modifications as needed. Jump in and become a part of the community!

Our waitlist holds 4 people beyond the class capacity – if you’re on it, keep an eye on your email to see if you’ve got into the class!
You must cancel within 2 hours of the class start time to avoid a late cancellation/no show fee.
Children may come to class as long as they stay in the lobby area and are mature enough to keep to themselves to not disrupt the class.
Pets are absolutely welcome (and encouraged) if well behaved!
You must be 18+ to take a class.
